The NITRIA
choir is a non profit association with a legal subjectivity.
The choir
name is registered at the Slovak Ministry of Internal Affairs
and it has
its registration number (ICO). According to the Statutes, the
General
Assembly is the highest body of the association. Further elected
organs of
the association are its president, a secretary general and an
artistic
board. All these bodies are elected and recalled by a General
Assembly.
The basic motivation of the choir is an increase of artistic
standards,
which is responsibility of the artistic manager and an artistic board. • non-regular contributions from a
budget,
The basic financial resources of the choir are: • sponsorships of institutions as well as individuals, • membership fees, • percentage of taxes (salaries of physical as well as legal bodies) submitted in the last year, • prizes from contests and public performances. |
